How to Fill Your Prescriptions and Refills
Proprium Pharmacy will contact patients to process new prescriptions and refills and will discuss the best delivery options for you.
For a refill, Proprium Pharmacy staff will speak to patients around seven days before the refill due date to coordinate delivery of medications and supplies.
If you do not hear from us and refills are due, please call 757-553-3568 or toll free 855-553-3568, Monday-Friday to set up delivery.
Medication will be shipped to you via a local or national courier service. Confidential packaging is used to ensure protection of your privacy.
A pharmacist is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent medication issues that may arise. For medical emergencies, please dial 911 or reach out to your local emergency services.
